Terms of service

Symphony Dining – Terms and Conditions

Applicable to all ticket purchases and bookings made for Symphony Dining events

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the guest) and Symphony Dining (operated by AMS Administration Ltd, Company No. 10250860). By purchasing a ticket to any Symphony Dining event, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings are made via our online ticketing system and are subject to availability.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your ticket includes a pre-selected set menu and live entertainment. Drinks are not included unless explicitly stated.
1.3 Payment secures your reservation and covers the costs of the dining experience, entertainment, venue access, and associated event services.
1.4 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined in clause 5.
1.5 You will receive a booking confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are entered correctly.

2. Event Details and Arrival

2.1 The standard guest arrival time is 7.30pm unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.
2.2 Performances begin promptly after guests are seated. We reserve the right to deny entry to guests arriving after the performance has commenced to avoid disruption.
2.3 We recommend arriving on time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or missed portions of the event.

3. Pre-Orders and Dietary Requirements

3.1 You must submit your menu selection within the advertised timeframe. No amendments can be made after the final order deadline stated in your confirmation email.
3.2 It is your responsibility to advise us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs when booking. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your requirements.
3.3 While the restaurant will do its best to accommodate allergies, cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.

4. Seating, Accessibility, and Special Requests

4.1 Table allocations are fixed and selected at the time of booking. Symphony Dining and its partner venues reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements if necessary for operational reasons.
4.2 Guests requiring special access (e.g. wheelchair access or space for pushchairs) must notify us at the time of booking. If such needs are not declared in advance, we cannot guarantee appropriate accommodation on the night.
4.3 We cannot guarantee that multiple bookings will be seated together unless this has been arranged with us in writing before the event and confirmed by our team.

5. Cancellation and Transfers

5.1 All tickets are non-refundable.
5.2 You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us via email at least 24 hours prior to the event. The new guest will be subject to these same terms and conditions.
5.3 If an event is cancelled by Symphony Dining or our partners, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. No further compensation will be offered.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

6.1 Symphony Dining is a premium experience. We reserve the right to remove guests displaying inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to: excessive intoxication, verbal abuse, disruption to the performance, or wilful damage to the venue or property.
6.2 No refunds will be issued in the event of removal due to unacceptable conduct.
6.3 Guests are expected to respect the performance, staff, fellow guests, and the dining environment at all times.

7. Children and Age Restrictions

7.1 Unless otherwise stated, Symphony Dining events are intended for guests aged 14 and over. Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
7.2 Due to the nature of the experience, high chairs and pushchairs may not be permitted unless space has been specifically confirmed with us in advance.

8. Photography, Promotion, and Media

8.1 Professional photography or videography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used in Symphony Dining marketing, promotional materials, and press coverage.
8.2 If you do not wish to appear in any such material, please contact us in advance or inform the photographer on the night.

9. Decor and Ambience Enhancements

9.1 Some events will include the use of decorative items such as LED candles. These remain the property of Symphony Dining and may not be removed from the venue.
9.2 Venue transformation and decor are subject to change depending on space, venue permission, and event theme.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

10.1 Symphony Dining shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, accident, war, pandemic, labour dispute, or any governmental order.
10.2 Our liability to you is limited to the price paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any consequential loss or expense.
10.3 Symphony Dining is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings brought to the event.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Symphony Dining collects and stores personal information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11.2 Your information will only be used for the purpose of your booking and event communication unless you opt in to receive marketing from us.
11.3 Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required for the execution of your booking (e.g. providing allergy info to the restaurant).

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Ticket Resale and Unauthorised Transfer

13.1 Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale on third-party platforms without prior written consent from Symphony Dining.
13.2 Tickets found to be resold or transferred in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund.

14. Booking Errors or Discrepancies

14.1 It is your responsibility to check all booking details, including event date, venue, and menu selections, at the time of purchase.
14.2 Symphony Dining is not responsible for errors made during the booking process and cannot guarantee corrections after confirmation has been issued.

15. Noise and Mobile Devices

15.1 Guests are kindly asked to silence mobile devices and refrain from phone calls or disruptive conversation during the performance.
15.2 Symphony Dining reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they disrupt the experience for others.

16. Allergies Disclaimer

16.1 While we take care to pass on dietary information to the venue, Symphony Dining and its partner restaurants cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
16.2 Guests with severe allergies should contact the restaurant directly prior to the event to discuss their needs.

17. Communication and Event Updates

17.1 You agree to receive communication from Symphony Dining related to your booking, including reminders, pre-order requests, arrival instructions, and post-event feedback.
17.2 Symphony Dining is not responsible for missed communications due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
